We aim to offer psychological group sessions and individual counseling with a psychologist to those interested.In cooperation with representatives of the target group, we strive to develop support services based on real needs.

Support Group for Ukrainian Refugees

A Russian-language support group has been created for refugees from Ukraine who have had to leave their homes, experienced war trauma or lost their familiar environment.

The group meets on Saturdays and provides a safe space to share experiences and concerns. Participants will gain a better understanding of how the mind responds to stress and will learn practical self-help tools, relaxation and self-regulation techniques that help reduce tension.

The group is intended for exchanging experiences and building mutual support. Meetings will take place starting from September 13, 2025.

Time: continuing group 10:30–12:30, beginners 13:00–15:00

Location: Haapsalu Social Welfare Centre, Kastani 7, Haapsalu

Facilitator: a practicing psychologist and crisis psychologist Natalia Shastina (NGO Psühholoogilise Abi Ühing Krada, Mahena Center for Crisis Counseling and Self-Discovery).
