Health on the Plate: Second Workshop

We invite you to the second meeting of the workshop series Health on the Plate. This workshop is part of the new event series within the project Support for Integration and Adaptation in Haapsalu and is open to adults living in Estonia, both foreign residents and Estonians.

The workshop focuses on healthy habits, well-being, and bringing the community together through food and shared experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss health-related topics, learn and practise the Estonian language through enjoyable group activities, and prepare something healthy and tasty together.

The workshop is highly practical, and no prior knowledge or previous participation is required.

Adults are warmly welcome to join!

Location: Asuküla Community House, Mägari village, Läänemaa
Transport option: A bus will depart from Haapsalu to Asuküla from Kuuse 1 at 10:40. The return time will be confirmed later.

The number of places is limited (the workshop can accommodate up to 15 participants).
To secure your place in the workshop and on the bus, please let us know of your participation by 21 January at the latest.

Please bring a good mood, indoor shoes, and an apron.
