Free Clay Therapy in Haapsalu for the Ukrainian Community (in Russian)

Do you feel that you need calm, support, or a way to organize your thoughts?
Clay therapy offers a safe and supportive environment where you can restore your inner balance through creative activity.
NGO Vaiter invites Ukrainians living in Haapsalu to participate in a free Russian-language clay therapy group, organized within the programme “Pathway of Integration Support”.
The aim of the therapy group is to support Ukrainians living in Estonia who are currently unemployed and need support in finding work and adapting to a new environment.
Why participate?
Clay field therapy is an effective creative therapy method that allows you to express your feelings both verbally and physically in a safe environment.
Clay therapy helps to:
- reduce stress and anxiety
- relieve trauma-related experiences
- improve emotional well-being
- support adaptation to a new environment
- increase readiness to enter the labour market
The sessions are led by clay field therapy practitioner and psychosocial counsellor Keete Janter. All sessions are conducted in Russian.
