Workshop: Building a Shared Beginning – strengthening collaboration among network members

Target group of the workshop and training “Building a Shared Beginning” are the members of the network participating in the project “Supporting Local Governments in Providing Integration and Adaptation Services.”

Goal of the training:
To establish mutual contact, connect on both personal and professional levels, define shared expectations and interests, and create an atmosphere of trust among participants.

Learning outcomes:

• Introduces themselves and gets to know other network members;
• Analyses their role as a member of the network;
• Defines, together with other network members, shared expectations and interests for network collaboration.

Training activities:

• Introduction (team exercise);
• Establishing agreements;
• Mapping shared expectations and interests.

Training time: November 6, 2025, from 15:00 to 17:00.

Training venue:

The workshop will take place at Nurme Bistroo (Nurme 1, Haapsalu). Nurme Bistroo is a cozy and tasteful café in Haapsalu, recognized in the 2023 White Guide for its delicious food and warm atmosphere.

Note: Training topics may be further specified.

As a result, the trainer will provide feedback and formulate recommendations for the network’s further development.

Trainer:

Cynne Põldäär holds a Master’s degree in Andragogy and is a certified adult educator (level 7, permanent qualification).
She has been training adults since 2011 and works with various companies and organizations, including as a lecturer at Tallinn University Haapsalu College, Haapsalu Vocational Education Centre, and Tallinn University, where she also serves as a teaching skills consultant.
Cynne is a member of the Läänemaa Adult Education Network and was awarded the title “Läänemaa Adult Learner of the Year 2023.”
