Ukrainian refugees can now submit compensation claims

The Register of Damage for Ukraine has opened a new claims category for people who were forced to flee Ukraine due to the full-scale invasion that began on 24 February 2022.

Category A1.2 covers involuntary displacement outside of Ukraine and enables individuals to submit claims for non-material harm related to leaving their home, long-term separation, and the associated hardships.
