Idandite ja tõusmete kasvatamise töötuba Haapsalus kus õpitakse kodus kasvatama tervislikke idandeid ja mikrovõrseid

We invite you to take part in a practical workshop “Food that Supports: Sprouts and Microgreens”, where we will learn how to grow fresh and nutrient-rich living food right in our own kitchen. In the workshop we will explore how to grow both sprouts and microgreens and learn how they can easily be cultivated at home using simple tools.

Would you like to add more freshness, energy and real living food to your table?

In this highly practical and inspiring workshop you will learn how to grow sprouts and microgreens for yourself and your family. They are among the fastest growing, most nutrient-rich and freshest foods that can easily be grown even in a small home kitchen.

Indoor gardening does not require much space or expensive equipment. The harvest grows quickly, is of high nutritional quality and is a surprisingly affordable way to enrich your menu, support your wellbeing and bring more joy to everyday meals.

Sprouts and microgreens add beautiful colour, fresh flavour and a pleasant texture to many dishes.
