Paths to Well-being – Promenade

Join us on August 24, 2025, for the launch event introducing our new Paths to Well-being in Haapsalu!
Sometimes, all it takes is a small reason to pause, stand up, and step out of the everyday routine.
“Path to Well-being – Promenade” is a gentle walk along Haapsalu’s beautiful seaside promenade. It’s not a competition. It’s a gift to yourself, a chance to move, breathe, and be present.
Movement is one of the simplest and most accessible ways to improve your well-being. It energizes the body, clears the mind, reduces stress, boosts creativity, and lifts your mood. Even a short walk can bring peace, clarity, and new energy.
Movement supports sleep, strengthens the heart, improves concentration, and helps maintain mental balance. And when we move together with others, something more happens: conversations begin, eye contact is made, and smiles are shared.
The walk on August 24, 2025, “Path to Well-being – Promenade”, begins at the Krahviaed Pavilion.
