Health on the Plate: in Anticipation of Christmas

The first workshop of the Toidutee series Health on the Plate. This workshop is part of the new activity series of the project “Integration and Adaptation Support in Haapsalu”, focusing on healthy habits, wellbeing, and creating connections within the community through shared cooking experiences.

The anticipation of Christmas is a time to pause, take a moment, and enjoy good company. We invite you on a journey where we create a warm and homely atmosphere together — through flavours, stories, and a shared cooking experience.

We will talk about simple everyday habits, explore the common threads in Ukrainian and Estonian cuisine, and prepare dishes that offer a beautiful start to the festive season, are easy on the stomach, and warm the heart.

We will finish by sitting down at a shared Christmas table to exchange flavours and thoughts before the holidays.
