Discussion Evening in Russian: Your Rights and Safety at Work
Integration and Adaptation Support in Haapsalu is organizing a new discussion evening on the topic of dignity in the workplace: bullying, exploitation and victim support options. At this event, we will be joined by Sirle Blumberg from the Victim Support Department of the Estonian Social Insurance Board, who will share her experience and knowledge on labor rights and workplace safety.
During the evening, we will discuss two main topics:
- Workplace stories: what are your rights and obligations at work?
- Mental and physical safety at work
The purpose of this meeting is to talk and reflect in a free and friendly atmosphere.
THE DISCUSSION WILL BE HELD IN RUSSIAN!
Sirle Blumberg from the Victim Support Department of the Social Insurance Board will share her expertise on how Estonia supports people who have become victims of workplace exploitation, bullying or other forms of abuse. She will also bring real-life examples to illustrate how complex and hidden these situations can be. At the same time, we will discuss how each of us can be a supportive colleague, friend, or simply a conscious citizen.
