THE JOURNEY OF LEARNING ESTONIAN – A Three-Stage Program for One Group:
- In the beginner’s language evenings, participants learn vocabulary through word games, language exercises, and role-playing games, while also practicing Estonian with volunteer language buddies.
- In the follow-up program of the language evenings, participants expand their vocabulary, engage in Estonian conversations, and practice the language while exploring Estonian folk culture, national cuisine, traditions, and customs.
- In the advanced language club, participants have the opportunity to communicate in Estonian on various topics, meet interesting guests, and engage in different real-life conversational situations.
Native Estonian speakers are involved in the meetings, offering participants the chance to converse in Estonian and encouraging them to practice the language.
A single group participating in the language evenings program includes 8–10 participants.
The language club has no set limit on the number of participants, and anyone, including those who have not attended the language evenings, is welcome to join.
If participants who have completed all three stages of the Estonian learning journey are seriously interested in further studying the language, we will work together to find opportunities for them to enroll in an Estonian language course.
