Saturday Therapy Group in Haapsalu for Inner Balance and Coping

You are warmly invited to join our Russian-language therapy group
“Saturday meetings for building inner resources and growth in challenging life situations”
The therapy group is intended for adults who wish to:
- gain a deeper understanding of themselves,
- experience greater inner calm and a sense of security,
- learn more mindful ways to cope with difficult life situations.
What do we do in the sessions?
- We talk about what currently feels difficult or important in life.
- We learn to notice our emotions, thoughts, and bodily reactions.
- We practice simple and practical exercises that help to calm the nervous system and reduce tension.
- We learn how to support ourselves during periods of anxiety, exhaustion, or confusion.
- We explore personal strengths and inner resources that support moving forward in life.
- We discuss how to set small, realistic goals and take step-by-step movement toward them.
We work at a calm pace and in a safe, supportive atmosphere. No one is required to share more than they feel comfortable with. Listening, respect, and mutual support are central to the group.
The group uses conversation, simple practical exercises, and creative methods (such as images, cards, and drawing). All exercises are voluntary.
